The concert was an amazing experience, showcasing Rickey Smiley's talents on various instruments and vocals with lots of Beatles hits, Wings, and more. However, our VIP GOLD HOTSEAT package at the Sprint Center in KC did not include the items promised, such as merchandise and laminates. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find no parking provided for VIP packages. Guest Services at the Sprint Center were unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate us. They claimed the items would be mailed to us without collecting our names or addresses. Beware of future VIP package purchases at the SPRINT CENTER in KC.
